vita-life's World Health & Sports Foundation congratulates the Pöttsching children's village on its 40-year jubilee and donates € 4,000. The children can, among other things, enjoy a new trampoline and exercise equipment. We wish the children's village and its director Angela Hartl to continue with its success, and the children to have lots of fun and joy with the exercise equipment. The jubilee was celebrated big, with a circus workshop, outdoor activities, a jubilee ball in Mattersburg and a closing concert with the blind panpipe player Wolfgang Niegelhell. The faces of the childern are the best proof of how much and fun and joy were present at the celebrations.

On 4 July, at vita-life's European headquarters in Velden, magnetic resonance systems were presented by Ewald Hintermayer (vita-life Sports Management) and Anna Maria Frank-Palmer (vita-life Academy) to Anita Schönberger from Graz with German Shepherd Cliff, Robertina Einöder from Vienna with Labradoodle Emmi, Peter Lechner from St. Pölten with Labrador Retriever Stella (hidden), the sisters Belinda and Julia Schneider from Lauterach with the white shepherds Pan and Kolumbus, and between them Anna Maria Fank-Palmer from the vita-life Academy, Josef Maisser from Vienna with Leni (Smooth Collie), Maria Maier from Graz with Labrador Retriever Apollo, Maria Gerstmann, dog trainer and owner of the Itztal REHA-dog school. Like every year, Mario Hintermayer did not want to miss to personally receive calls of the Licht ins Dunkel donation telephone on 24 December. The Christ Child in a different way!

At the Seebach Integration centre, the Christmas celebration effectively supported by vita-life was already organised for the sixth time. Mario Hintermayer himself is hiding behind the identity of the merry Father Christmas, who brings the children a lot of presents, like every year! The bright eyes of children, laughing hearts! We look forward to the arrival of the Christ Child!

25 years ago, Guido Müller suffered a work accident. Diagnosis: paraplegia, “for life”! After experiencing this shock, he needed to re-organise his life and mobilise hidden powers, thus finding his way to sports! Very soon, he celebrated his first successes as a wheelchair athlete. He belongs to the best in wheelchair sports even today and passes as a sponsor his knowledge on to inexperienced wheelchair athletes. As he was unable to afford a magnetic field system due to financial bottlenecks, we did not hesitate and were able to assist him a little since then, together with and upon the request of our franchise partner Marie-Louise Fercher, in order to support him on his way to the top!

Wolfgang Nieglhell, who, after he went spontaneously blind at the age of 26, discovered his calling in music and has been accompanied and supported by vita life on this path, has now started an initiative completely devoted to the four-legged helpers. Blind guide dogs are unfortunately given due appreciation only when they become necessary. Accordingly, many Austrian guide dog owners are exposed to financial difficulties. In such cases, our foundation is happy to intervene. We have donated ten magnetic field systems in order to guarantee the animals the best possible health maintenance!
